1. Order Confirmation & Notifications
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your package ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your carrier, tracking number, and a link to track delivery step by step.
2. Shipping Area / Market
We currently ship to the United States (50 states and Washington, D.C.).
3. Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
All times follow U.S. Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Handling Time
Orders are prepared for dispatch in 0–1 business day.
5. Transit Time (Shipping)
Free Standard Shipping generally arrives in 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Based on the above, the typical total delivery window is 5–13 business days (0–1 day handling + 5–12 days transit).

6. Daily Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
7. Order Tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking events may take 24–72 hours to appear after you receive the tracking number.
8. Shipping Carriers
We ship with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier is selected automatically based on service availability and performance to your address.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Marked “Delivered” but not received: First check around your property and with household members/neighbors. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and your local carrier. We can help open a trace with the carrier. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery scan.
Wrong/insufficient address: Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or post-purchase redirections requested by the recipient.
