We understand plans can change. This page explains how to change or cancel an order and what happens next.
1. Scope
These rules apply to orders delivered within the United States (US). For orders delivered outside the US, please email support@bestvoy.com for assistance.
2. Can I Change My Order?
- Before shipment: We’ll do our best to update item, size/color, quantity, or shipping address. Orders move to fulfillment quickly (typically within 0–1 business day), so please contact us ASAP.
- After shipment: We can’t modify orders once shipped. If the address is incorrect, please contact the carrier to request an intercept/redirection (not guaranteed). Otherwise, please use our return process after delivery.
- After delivery: For unwanted items, follow our Return & Refund Policy (30-day window) to return and reorder the preferred item.
3. Can I Cancel My Order?
- Before shipment: Yes—eligible for a 100% refund. Email us immediately with your order number.
- After shipment: Cancellation isn’t possible. Please refuse the package at delivery or complete a return once it arrives; your refund will be issued per our return process.
4. Do We Accept Exchanges?
Yes—for defective or damaged items (subject to availability). For other change-of-mind cases, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Item Condition
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, tags, and manuals. Non-returnable items: gift cards and personalized/custom items.
6. How To Request A Change, Cancellation, Return, or Exchange
- Email support@bestvoy.com with your order number, the request (change, cancel, return, or exchange), and brief reason.
- We’ll review within 1–2 business days. If a return/exchange is approved, you’ll receive a Return Label to download and print.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it with the designated carrier within 7 days of approval. Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number.
Returns are completed by mail. We do not require a store/warehouse address on this page.
7. Fees & Currency
- Return shipping fee: Free (US only) when using our provided label.
- Restocking fee: 0% for eligible returns.
- Refund currency: All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
- Original shipping: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Refund Processing & Timing
After the carrier shows your return delivered to our processing facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and approval. Approved refunds are initiated immediately; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges: When stock is available, we dispatch the replacement after your return is scanned by the carrier or after approval.
