1.Scope
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States (US). For orders delivered outside the US, please contact
support@bestvoy.com
for assistance.
2.Do We Accept Returns & Exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges (subject to availability).
3.Item Condition for Returns/Exchanges
Items submitted for return or exchange must:
- (1) Be unused and in the same condition as received;
- (2) Include original packaging, all accessories, tags, and manuals;
- (3) Include your order number or valid proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: gift cards and personalized/custom items. Returns showing obvious use, damage, or missing key components may be refused.
4.Return Window
30 days from the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.
5.Method & Process
- (1) Email support@bestvoy.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- (2) We will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Label to download and print.
- (3) Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier within 7 days of approval.
- (4) Please keep the drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
Returns are completed by mail.
6.Return Fees, Restocking Fee & Currency
- (1) Return fees: Free (US only). Please use the Return Label provided through our process.
- (2) Restocking fee: 0% for eligible returns.
- (3) Currency: All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
- (4) Original shipping: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7.Refund Processing & Timing
After the carrier shows your return as delivered to our processing facility, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and approval. Approved refunds are initiated immediately on our side; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges: When stock is available, we will dispatch the replacement after the return is scanned by the carrier or after approval.
8.Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
