Cancellations Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund. Contact us immediately at support@bestvoy.com to process your request.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item:

3. Include all original packaging and accessories.
