Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Bestvoy!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
After Shipment Refunds
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the product. Once received, return it to us at your own cost. We will process your refund after inspecting the returned item.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
1. Gift cards
2. Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund posts.

Shipping for Returns
1. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.
2. Return to: 5th Floor, Building 11, Julong Industrial Zone, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China.
3. You pay return shipping costs.
4. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchange delivery times vary by location.
6. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
